A cuvée of very old vines (small yields) of cinsault in carbonic maceration, vinified and aged in concrete tanks, to magnify the crunchiness of the fruit.

Under the Arabic spelling of its label ("Grenache"), a selection of the most beautiful Grenache vines of the estate, representative of the vision of the grape variety by the winemaker. 

Partially destemmed, a Grenache cuvée entirely dedicated to the expression of  fruit  and the silkiness of the grape variety.
