Le Coste
Gian-Marco Antonuzi et Clémentine Bouveron

Azienda agricola Le Coste, founded in Lazio in 2004 by Gian-Marco Antonuzi and Clementine Bouveron, now spans 7 hectares of vines, and several hectares of farmland. Respect for biodiversity and the environment, biodynamic vineyards and vinification without inputs or corrective interventions result in highly expressive natural wines.

Gradoli, at the northern tip of Lazio, on the volcanic slopes overlooking Lake Bolsena. It is here that Gian-Marco Antonuzi and Clementine Bouveron created their Azienda agricola Le Coste in 2004, an estate that today spans a total of 7 hectares of vines - 4 hectares of old vines plus 3 hectares of young vines planted at 10,000 vines/ha - but also olive trees, meadows and woods. In all of their work, a desire to eschew monoculture, instead favouring biodiversity, shines through. In terms of viticulture, this approach translates into farming the vines biodynamically (without certification) and vinification without inputs or corrective interventions.
