Pinot Gris Réserve
2016 | Blanc | Pinot gris | 0,75 L | Alsace | Alsace
A severe selection of grapes, a beautiful juice that has been aged for a long time.
2011 | Blanc | Gewurztraminer | 0,75 L | Alsace
Gewurztraminer grapes picked at optimum ripeness, then macerated to extract all the complexity of the aromas and textures of the grapes.
Intensity colour, mouthfeel strcutred by fine tannins, complex aromas with "exotic" nuances - but much more complex than the usual varietal notes of Gewurztraminer. A rare, taut and slender Gewurztraminer.

The Alsatian estate led by Bruno Schueller is a great pioneer of viticulture and wine without inputs of any kind. It is spread over three villages in the Haut-Rhin - Husseren-les-Châteaux, Eguisheim (Grands Crus Eichberg and Pfersigberg) and Obermorschwihr (lieu-dit Bildstoecklé) - and is guided by one philosophy: living soils free of any chemical treatment, totally natural vinification to stay as close as possible to the terroir. The wines are matured for long periods of time to bring the raw material to its highest mineral expression and its greatest capacity to evolve over time. Original and vibrant wines, strongly marked by the personality of the winemaker.
