La Rumbera 2019

Born from the marriage of xarel.lo (65%) and parellada (35%), two typical Catalan white grape varieties, vinified with grapes cooled for 24 hours before pressing, followed by fermentation and aging in stainless steel fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, a wine that pays tribute to its terroir.

Vieilles vignes de carignan blanc (60 ans) sur terroir d'arènes granitiques, macération 4 jours avec les peaux, élevage en cuve Inox et fûts de châtaignier : l'affirmation de l'identité d'un terroir à travers un cépage caractéristique mais devenu très minoritaire.

Des vignes saines, pleines de grillons (“saltamarti” en catalan), 90 % d'ull de llebre (= tempranillo) élevé en cuve Inox, complété de 10 % de grenache du millésime précédent élevé en fût de chêne.

A white maceration - destemmed grapes macerated with the skins for 5 months in amphora - from seven-year-old vines of godello, a forgotten but reborn Galician variety, on clay soil.

Le xarel.lo d'une vigne sur terroir argilo-calcaire exposition Nord, macéré en grappes entières après un passage en chambre froide, puis vinifié et élevé en cuve Inox. Aucun intrant, 0 soufre, non filtré. 

Un pétillant naturel issu d'une macération de 2 jours des raisins avec les peaux et d'une fermentation en amphore de terre cuite puis en bouteille pour la fin du processus fermentaire.

A plot of old Grenache gris vines, on a granite arena terroir. Maceration for 3 days with the skins, fermentation in terracotta amphorae (40%) and stainless steel tanks. then aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
