Riesling on schist, vinified in 10 hl tuns after a slow and long pressing, free alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts (final dry or sweet depending on the grapes) and malolactic fermentation.

A "trocken" (dry) Riesling with the "Kabinett" label, i.e. light, characterised by both subtle acidity and smoothness, with aromatic finesse and elegance, marked by the race of the grape variety and the terroir.
