Entièrement issue de vieilles vignes de nerello mascalese de différentes parcelles – notamment de “crus” –, la cuvée “classique” du domaine.

Produced with Grecanico Dorato and Carricante, two typical Sicilian grape varieties. The grapes are pressed after a few days of skin contact, thereby capturing the full expression of its aromas.

Trebbiano, not specifically Sicilian, benefits here from a beautiful high altitude terroir and even more so from the demands of a winemaker in strong empathy with his land: healthy harvest, vinification in stainless steel vats with a 2-day maceration with the skins, maturing in stainless steel vats and barrels.

Issu de jeunes vignes situées sur terroir calcaire autour de la cave du domaine, un rouge qui marie les corvina grossa et corvina veronese (80 %) avec la rondinella et la molinara (et quelques autres cépages autochtones). Fermentation et élevage en cuve bois tronconique.

From a blend of many Sardinian white varieties - Vernaccia, Nuragus, Malvasia, etc.. - that macerate on their skins for 3 weeks.

Friulano – previously known as Tocai Friulano – is one of the Collio region’s indigenous grape varieties. The estate’s oldest vines (planted in 1936), on clay-marl soils: the grapes macerate for 3 days, the wine is then aged for 24 months in barrel.

Le Coste is an estate that is emblematic of the development and influence of natural wines in Italy. It was founded in 2004 by Gian-Marco Antonuzi and Clementine Bouveron in Gradoli, at the northern tip of Lazio on the border of Tuscany, on volcanic slopes overlooking Lake Bolsena. In the management of their vineyards, the winegrowers are determined to refuse monoculture, to defend biodiversity and respect for a rich environment, and to favor natural vinification without inputs or corrective interventions.

In Lazio, the village of Gradoli is famous for its Aleatico, a red grape variety of the Muscat family which develops a delicious range of aromas: the choice of the passerillage of the grapes concentrates and amplifies their richness superbly.
