Very old vines of Pineau d'Aunis (115 years old) on a terroir of flinty clay on tuffeau, vatting for 3 weeks, then a long ageing period (36 months) on the lees in barrels: complex aromas (black fruits with a hint of spices), beautiful intense juice, long in the mouth.
