Grenache sur terroir argilo-calcaire, vinification en macération carbonique, élevage en fûts de plusieurs vins.

Un beau mariage qui joue sur les proportions de chaque cépage et sur l'élevage (grenache en cuve, syrah et merlot en fûts de plusieurs vins).

On a terroir rich in rolled pebbles, the Grenache is allowed to run free (with a further 10% of Merlot) to express all its generosity, all its potential in terms of aromas and texture.

Made from Grenache grapes from the plot known as Les Jas (the former name of the cuvée) - the first parcel acquired by the winemaker in 2006 - on clay-limestone soil in a landscape of garrigues; an emblematic cuvée.

Half marsanne and half viognier - classic grape varieties of the Northern Rhône whites -, vines on black mica granite grapes are macerated and vinified for 6 months in tinajas, where the wine is then the wine is then aged for another 6 months.

Young Syrah vines on black mica granite terroir, carbonic maceration to favour freshness and fruit expression.
