Small yields of grenache from the heights of Port-Vendres on the seafront and mourvèdre from the Col de Banyuls, on black schist soil.

Old Grenache vines (+ 15% Carignan) on the D'en Paillol hill in Maury, on clay-limestone and black schist soil, vinification partly in whole bunches in half-muid and stainless steel vats, aged in half-muid and barrels.

Under the Arabic spelling of its label ("Grenache"), a selection of the most beautiful Grenache vines of the estate, representative of the vision of the grape variety by the winemaker. 

Superbes vignes centenaires de grenache gris (80 %), grenache noir et carignan sur terroir de schistes à Banyuls, vinification en macération semi-carbonique avec fermentation en cuve bois tronconique, puis élevage en barrique et demi-muid.

Une cuvée de blanc issue d'un terroir frais de Banyuls (300 m d'altitude, exposition Nord), avec des grenaches gris et blanc de vieilles vignes (80 ans) vinifiés en pressurage direct et un complément (20 %) de carignans gris et blanc de jeunes vignes vinifiés en courte macération carbonique. L'élevage est finalisé en barriques de 2/3 vins.

A cuvée of very old vines (small yields) of cinsault in carbonic maceration, vinified and aged in concrete tanks, to magnify the crunchiness of the fruit.
