Cotillon des Dames

In the wine-producing region of Savoie that had long been overlooked, the 1990s and 2000s marked an evolution initiated by winegrowers who proposed a new approach in keeping with the character of the terroirs and the personality of the grape varieties of this Alpine vineyard. The Combe de Savoie or the Côte d'Arve, among others, boast hillsides where Jacquère, Altesse, Bergeron (= Roussanne) or the rare Gringet for whites, Mondeuse for the reds - all endemic or traditional grape varieties - flourish. Far from the restricted and "international" grape varieties that have become dominant in many vineyards throughout the world, the specificity of the Savoie gives its wines an inimitable signature that is confirmed by the often original approach of these winemakers.

A small parcel of very old Jacquère vines (over 80 years old) on a south-facing slope in Aiton, vinified in whole clusters and matured in barrels.

From the Cluse de Chambéry - the terroir of Chignin, with its limestone scree soils particularly favourable to the Jacquère grape - a white wine of great finesse and expressive power.

Located on a very steep slope (75%), a tiny plot of Mondeuse that combines young and old vines on schistose soil, vinification in vats and maturing in demi-muid.

A blend of 2/3 Roussanne and 1/3 Jacquère macerated in whole bunches for 2 months: a great white wine, complex, unique and intense!

All the fruit of Mondeuse, vinified by carbonic maceration, with a character that is both earthy and light.
