Shipping Policy

Orders are processed as soon as we receive payment. If there is an issue with stock (vintage, cuvée) when processing your order, we will contact you so as to find a solution (either by changing the vintage/cuvée, or offering you a refund, etc…). The parcels will then be shipped within 7 days maximum from the date we receive your payment.

To offer our customers the best possible service, we have selected different logistics partners to serve the different locations to which we ship. We ship to France and Europe with Chronopost; and to the USA using MBE.

Delivery times vary from country to country – please see below for the delivery time per geographical location/transporter.

France/Chronopost:  Wines are shipped twice a week, and delivery takes under 48 hours.

Europe/Chronopost: Wines are shipped twice a week, and delivery takes 1-3 working days.

USA/MBE: Wines are shipped once a month, and delivery takes around 2 weeks.

Your wines are shipped at your own risk. However, we have selected highly protective, recyclable packaging to ensure the safety of your wines during shipping. Wines are securely packaged in an expanded polystyrene shell which offers the advantage of being isothermal, balanced, light, indestructible and environmentally friendly. The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.

In the event of loss or damage to any or all of your wines, we will do everything necessary to obtain a refund from our transport partners. 

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

NB. A magnum (1.5l) is equivalent to shipping 2 bottles (75cl), i.e. shipping 3 magnums costs the same as a box of 6 bottles.

Shipping is free for all orders over €700 shipped to France or Europe.

1-3 bottles = €12

4-6 bottles = €18

7-12 bottles = €29

13-18 bottles = €39

19 bottles or more = €49

Europe

1-3 bottles = €19

4-6 bottles = €29

19 bottles or more = €89

United States

1-6 bottles = €190

7-12 bottles = €350

13-18 bottles = €390

19 bottles or more = €500

For the US, our shipping fees include professional packaging and labelling, shipping to the USA and customs clearance at their destination.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for corked bottles. See our FAQ for more information. 

If you change your mind after ordering, you have 14 days’ right of withdrawal. Return shipping will be charged to you; we will supply you with returns labels.
