The many facets of Chardonnay
Highly adaptable and widespread, Chardonnay nevertheless finds its favoured terroirs in Burgundy and, opposite the Côte-d'Or, in the Jura. The wide variety of clay-limestone and marl soils, and the different ‘climats’ create wine profiles which multiply the expressions of a grape variety with almost infinite facets.
