From a very low-yielding parcel of old vines - some of which are a hundred years old - of Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Grown on the schist terraces typical of the Banyuls and Collioure appellations, this cuvée is vinified with a short maceration and élevage in vats. 

A Collioure red that stands out for its beautiful, ripe black fruit aromas, with hints of spices and dark chocolate, and for its dense texture with soft tannins, all the while preserving freshness and balance.
