Pinot Gris macerated for 8 days with the skins, combined with Sauvignon and Chardonnay macerated for 18 days, aged for 2 years in barrels before blending (with a slight addition of sulfur) and bottling.

After a long ageing, an intense “orange” white wine emerges, both ample and vigorous, with complex aromas (aromatic herbs, ripe citrus zest) and good structure, featuring a tannic note and a discrete oxidative touch.
