The small Château-Chalon appellation (50 ha) lies on the slopes which surround the remarkable site of the eponymous village and is dedicated to the only Savagnin grape variety vinified in yellow wine: its exceptional marl soil gives it the finesse and intensity most successful of this type of vinification.

The estate's old Savagnin vines in Château-Chalon, facing west, produce a vin jaune chiseled with extreme precision: finesse and elegance, freshness and refined intensity of the aromas, with lemony nuances, a great art.
