Under the strong influence of the Côte Vermeille, old vines of mainly Grenache Gris planted on Banyul’s terraces of black schist, farmed by hand with the region’s traditional hoe (“xadic” in Catalan).

Very low yields harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified naturally and uncomprisingly: a dense, powerful white wine. A hint of gas upon opening brings freshness to the wine.
