Typical red varietal from the Aveyron and Tarn, Fer Servadou belongs to the large family of Carmenets (along with the Cabernets varieties): A dense, well-structured wine with beautiful aromatic expression.  

In homage to Claude Carmarans, Nicolas' father, this cuvée comes from old Fer Servadou vines growing on the granitic slopes above the Selves: whole bunch vinification and aged in demi-muids, this is an intense, complex and highly distinguished red wine. Only available as a magnum.
