Pinot noir pressed slowly and aged on lees in barrels for 11 months. After the second fermentation, the wine ages on racks for 17 months. Disgorged in 2024, with zero dosage.

Rather than a rosé as the name suggests, this is a vinous white crémant with a very light nuance of red and subtle aromas. Rich yet refined.
