Originally from Istria and now spread around the regions of Collio and Goriska Brda, Malvasia Istriana - Malvazija in Slovenian - is characterised by its fine aromas and naturally high acidity, which it retains even as it reaches full ripeness. 

Vinified with a short maceration of 4 days in concrete vats, then aged on its lees for 3 years in acacia barrels, this white has subtles notes of yellow fruits and fresh herbs, brought together by a vibrant mineral and saline tension.
