Old Syrah vines – a red variety from the Northern Rhône – on a mica-schist terroir, the grapes are macerated for 6 months and aged for one year in tinajas.

In the spirit of Georgian wines, the Madloba cuvée ("thank you" in Georgian) is aged for a long time in buried earthernware jars: precise fruit, smooth and fresh tannins, subtle minerality, this is a Saint-Joseph with great personality and atypical character for this grape variety.
