From old Gamay vines growing on a terroir of broken schist (otherwise called "rotten" schist, known locally as "morgons") in the famous Côte du Py which overlooks the Morgon appellation. Whole grapes are gently infused in tanks before pressing, then finishing fermentation and ageing in old barrels.
