The vast vineyards of Languedoc are divided into different terroirs, each distinctive for its geological characteristics. It is between Montpeyroux and the Terrasses du Larzac, northwest of Montpellier, that Aurélien Petit created his estate in 2012 having garnered a wealth of experience. His convictions are firm: supporting organic farming, natural winemaking without additions and a focus on fruit, freshness, texture and balance.

Under the name "La Pinarderie," Aurélien Petit offers a range of wines made from locally sourced organic grapes, with the aim of prioritising drinkability. Rosé Pinard is produced from Mourvèdre grapes grown near Lake Salagou, in the terroir of the Terrasses du Larzac. It is a very convincing rosé with pure fruit, lovely vinosity and a harmonious texture.
